Numbers1.com is an Internet based business. We are so confident that you the customer
will like our product that we provide our customers with piece of mind ordering,
by offering a full refund on the purchase price if the customer is not happy with
the product when it is delivered. This refund does not apply to incorrect colour
choice, or layout of the numbers and / or letters.
All that is required is the return of the product undamaged, and an explanation
of why it wasn't to their liking.
If the product is delivered in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately.
All products have a 1 year warranty against faulty workmanship, and a 5 year warranty
against corrosion of material used.
However no assurance can be given as to the effect of ultraviolet impact and any
atmospheric pollution which may diminish the appearance of the product over an extended
timeframe of 10 - 15 years or more.
We do not provide warranty or assume liability against vandalism, theft, or incorrect
installation resulting in damage to the product or the surface it is being attached
to.
