Do you have any showrooms in my area?

No, you are in our online showroom. We do have a showroom on the Gold Coast, but our online image generators will give you a better idea of what your number will look like.

Everything we sell is factory direct, and in most instances they are custom made. You won't find these products in any stores.

How do I install the numbers?

The numbers come with all hardware and instructions required to mount them

How are the individual numbers attached?

The individual numbers come with 3M VHB (Very High Bond) Tape attached to the rear. Simply align the numbers correctly placing some reference marks onto the wall then remove the protective covering from the adhesive and press into place.

What material can I mount the numbers onto?

The numbers can be mounted to most surfaces including Concrete, Brick, Steel, Timber, and Weather Board. They can be mounted onto an external door as long as the door is of solid construction (not hollow) and is at least 30mm thick to avoid the mounting screws protruding from the rear.

Are the numbers suitable for installation near the Ocean?

All of our products and materials are selected based on their ability to survive in harsh sea side locations and to stand up to prolonged UV sunlight exposure. Numbers are our business and we have rejected a large amount of materials that simply didn't maintain there looks after a few years exposed to the extremes of weather.

How long once I order before I receive my number?

Delivery Australia wide is within 3 weeks from order. Individual numbers are normally delivered within 1-2 weeks depending on your location.

What maintenance do the numbers require?

Due to the materials we use, the only maintenance required is the odd wash with soapy water to remove dust and grime, and / or salt spray. Do not use window cleaner on the Slumped Acrylic (Glass).

Do you use Stainless Steel?

Apart from using Stainless Steels Bolts, Nuts, and Screws, the Metal numbers and plaques are all Anodised Aluminium. We have found that the Anodised Aluminium retains its looks with minimal maintenance, compared to Stainless Steel which does require polishing after a period of time.

Will Aluminium rust?

Aluminium does not rust, but it can pit and weather on beachfront locations, that is why we have it Anodised.

What is Anodising?

Anodising is an electro - chemical process that interacts with the surface of the aluminium to provide it with excellent weathering characteristics, ( More than 20 years lifespan have been quoted by experts )

What are the black numbers made of?

The black numbers are made from a 6mm thick Matt Black Acrylic. They are black all the way through so if they are scratched they are still black. This material has excellent weathering abilities.

Where can I see the prices?

When you design your number using the Image generators, the price will appear in the top right hand corner.
